OSAY This is a commands that allows you to say something in an OOC fashion. This is a good way to relay a message to the other PLAYERS. The characters in the game should completely ignore the message. syntax: osay Oh crap. I just spilled coffee in my keyboard! Hang on a second will ya? I'll be right back! result: (OOC) Boba Fett says, 'Oh crap. I just spilled coffee in my keyboard! Hang on a second will ya? I'll be right back!' CHAN Channels. There are a multitude of channels to speak over. Some of these are considered IC, others OOC. The IC channels are usually considered to be radio or telephone communication of some sort.
